Day 01: Arrive in Lima

You will be welcomed by our local staff at the Lima airport and transferred to the hotel.

Day 02: Lima city tour

Breakfast

Meet Lima in a comfortable and modern tourist route for the best of our city. We will start the visit at the Pucllana Pyramid in Miraflores, we will pass through the great "El Olivar" park in San Isidro, and we will walk for the streets of the Historic Center and enjoy a tour guided by the Plaza de Armas and the San Francisco Convent. A complete tour with the comfort and attention of modern tourist service.

Day 03: Transport from Lima to Paracas

Breakfast

Transfer to Bus station to board the first class bus to Paracas. Arrival, reception, and transfer to the hotel.

Day 04: Ballestas Island and  Paracas Reserve

Breakfast

Early in the morning, you will begin the Ballestas Islands Marine Reserve, on the way to the islands you will see "El Candelabro", a gigantic pictogram dug at a depth of 1 meter, engraved over the desert in a calcareous zone, located in the Peninsula of Paracas. In the middle of the morning, we will return to the port to start the tour of the Natural Reserve of Paracas. At the indicated time, we will take the first class bus to Nazca. Reception and transfer to the hotel.

Day 05: Nazca lines. Transfer from Nazca to Arequipa

The overflight of the Nazca Lines are geoglyphs traced on the soil of a desert plain between 500 BC. and 500 AD, cover an area of more than 450 square kilometers, the lines pose one of the greatest enigmas of world archeology due to their number, nature, size, and continuity and represent living creatures, stylized vegetables, fantastic beings and geometric figures of several kilometers in length. They are supposed to have a ritual function linked to astronomy. At night bus to Arequipa.

Day 06: Arrive at Arequipa.  City tour

Arrive at Arequipa (2350 m.a.s.l.) early in the morning. Reception and transfer to the hotel. We will start an interesting tour. Our first stop takes place in one of the most impressive architectural monuments of the city, it is the magnificent Monastery of Santa Catalina, a miniature city, which housed the Arequipeñas nuns for more than 400 years. Later we will pass by the beautiful Main Square, surrounded by colonial arches and visit the Cathedral of Arequipa. Finally, we will visit the Museum of Andean Sanctuaries where we will see the remains of the mummy named Juanita, a spectacular find of a girl belonging to the Inca nobility that was discovered in the cold skirts of snowy Ampato.

Day 07: Canyon Chivay

We start the tour through interesting stages until arriving at the Pampas Cañahuas Reserve. In this place, located at approximately 3.000 m.a.s.l., you can see groups of Vicuñas and Alpacas. Later we will reach a point known as Viscachani. Then we will continue ascending, until arriving at the "Mirador de Los Andes", a spectacular point on the route, located at 4850 m.a.s.l., where we will enjoy the beautiful landscape. Then we will descend to the picturesque town of Chivay, where we will have free time for lunch. Afternoon free, after accommodation in the hotel.

Day 08: Cruz del Condor and transfer to Puno

Breakfast

Early in the morning, you will begin the journey to the lookout "Cruz del Cóndor", a strategic point of observation to the Canyon and the spectacular Condor flight. They can also make small walks around. Later we will take our trip back to Chivay, visiting some typical villages on the route. Departure to the city of Puno in a tourist bus, duration of the trip 7 hours approx. Arrival and accommodation in the hotel.

Day 09: Titicaca Lake Uros and Amantani Islands 

Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

Pick up from the hotel and transfer to the port of Lake Titicaca to start our adventure, we will arrive at the Floating Islands of Los Uros visit the inhabitants and learn about the customs of these communities that have lived for years in the highlands. Then we will return to the boat and continue our journey towards Amantani Island, this trip lasts approximately 3 hours, upon arrival, we will be welcomed by the people who will provide us lodging in their humble houses. The afternoon is free to explore on your own or just to share the afternoon with the family. In the evening we will attend a folkloric festival where we can dance with local people's typical dances of the area. Overnight with the local family.

Day 10: Amantani and Taquile Islands

Early in the morning, crossing Lake Titikaka to cover the stretch that separates the Amantani and Taquile Island. We will continue with the excursion of the Island where the inhabitants keep intact many of their ancestral customs such as the one that the men are that they weave or that they use their hats of different forms, according to their civil state. The rest of the morning is free on the island to enjoy its customs and a beautiful Andean landscape. After lunch, return to Puno.

Day 11: Transfer from Puno to Cusco

At the indicated time pick up from the hotel and transfer to the bus station, travel in the most entertaining, safe and comfortable way by bus, Puno - Cusco, touring the route of the Sun, route that shows in its route places of charm and mystery, of our Inca past. We will visit the colonial church of Andahuaylillas, the archaeological complex of Raqchi, the Paso de la Raya, and the Museum of Pukara. Arrival to Cusco (3.399 m.a.s.l). Transfer to the hotel.

Day 12: City tour Cusco

Breakfast

In the afternoon pick up to explore the magical city of Cusco and the Inca constructions that surround the city. Beginning in the Cathedral full of history and works of art, then we will see the Temple of the Sun Qoricancha. We will also visit the imposing fortress of Sacsayhuaman Qenqo, Puka - Pukara, and finally Tambomachay.

Day 13: Sacred Valley

Breakfast / Lunch

In the morning pick up from the hotel to tour the Sacred Valley. First, we will visit Pisac, famous for its handicrafts, where we will also visit the archaeological center. At noon we will enjoy a delicious lunch in Urubamba, then visit the Ollantaytambo ruins. Night in the Sacred Valley according to the chosen hotel.

Day 14: Train to Machu Picchu

Breakfast / Lunch

In the morning we will travel by train to visit the Inca Citadel of Machu Picchu. At the top of the mountains, we will learn about the history and architecture and above all, we will feel impressive energy that gives us this special place. We will spend the night in Machu Picchu town.

Day 15: Back to Cusco

If you have time and energy, we can organize in advance the visit to the Huayna Picchu Mountain, a place full of magic and especially from where you can see the Inca city of Machu Picchu in all its splendor

Remember that the entrances for Huayna Picchu are limited and if you want to reserve your entrances it must be in advance time.

At the indicated time we will take the train to return to Cusco. Arrive at Cusco and transfer to the hotel.

Day 16: Flight Cusco / Puerto Maldonado Hacienda Concepcion 04 days/ 03 nights

Arrive into Puerto Maldonado Airport. 

Enjoy a 25-minute boat ride to Inkaterra Hacienda Concepcion lodge.

Plunge into the depths of the rainforest with the Concepcion Trails jungle walk and take a Twilight River cruise as nocturnal creatures awake.

Hike through rainforest and glide across Lake

Sandoval. Scale the Inkaterra Canopy alkway for panoramic views and observe wildlife activity under darkness exploring the Rainforest by Night..

Discover many of the rainforest’s tropical plants up-close at our organic bio-orchard followed by a visit to Palmetum, where you will see a collection of Amazonian palms.

Paddle on an ox-bow lake, and test your shing skills on the look out for piranhas.

Day 19:  Hacienda Concepcion – Flight Puerto Maldonado / Lima

Set off by boat from your lodge until you arrive at the airport in Puerto Maldonado to take your departure flight.

Day 20: Return home

At the indicated time pick up from the hotel and transfer to Jorge Chavez International Airport to take the flight return home
